The Kasballica Mission is the largest group of Cold Traders on Footfall. Constantly watching all Traders in and out of the port for indication of new halo Devices or unusual Xenotech, they have become fabulously wealthy based on the trade flowing in and out of the system. It’s all-but-acknowledged that they have a counterpart somewhere on Port Wander to move goods into the Imperium, and most Rogue Traders will serve Kasballica at some point during their time in the Expanse, whether they like to or not.

Although the Liege of Footfall is the nominal ruler, the Mission usually has a “senior advisor” who handles most of the day-to-day running of the station. At the moment that role is filled by Vladaym Tocara. The Mission is suspected to be behind the assassination of several Rogue Traders and prominent nobles who were killed on Footfall while suspected to be there to trade in Xenotech without their sanction.
