The Hecaton Cartel have never been directly observed, but their presence is keenly observed through the recent influx of Warp Route maps stemming from the rimward most section of the Koronus Expanse. It is speculated that their actions were behind the rise of the Rak’Gol, though this is pure speculation based on them being the only group known to be operating in the area these Xenos are suspected to live in. However, it is also known that several pieces of Xenotech later identified to be Rak’Gol were spotted on Footfall long before the Imperium’s first initial contact.

The Archeo-Exhumators would be the most likely point of contact with these people, but this is the closest guarded branch of the Cold Trade.
