Backstory

The Egarian Dominion is a region of space in Winterscale’s Realm where ruins of the long-dead Egarian civilization can be found. A cluster of several systems boasting hundreds of cataloged stellar bodies, the four primary “Systems” of the Domain are named Egaria Alpha, Gamma, Epsilon and Omega, with Alpha being viewed as the “central” world. Each system possesses massive maze-cities apparently grown from slightly translucent pale rock that melds into itself seamlessly, and are at least semi-habitable for humanity.

No trace of the inhabitants of this long dead civilization, nor their technology has ever been found. It is as if one day their entire race disappeared from the Koronus Expanse itself. The Kasballica Mission will pay handsomely for any examples of Egarian technology – if such a thing exists – that is discovered in the Expanse.
