A mysterious figure who met with Jequin Hos and Astropath Eckhart on Footfall when they attempted to gain information on the Cold Trade. No information was revealed about this individual due to a personal shroud field, and an attempt by Eckhart to read its mind ended in failure.

Refusing to give a name he was dubbed as “You” by Hos, and the, unimpressed by an offer for the Hos Dynasty to enter into a trade relaitonship, told them to come back when they had something of substantial value to offer.

He was subsequently placed on Eckhart’s ever-growing list of people needing kill.
