A large, elderly man who should be fearsome yet gives off a congenial aura, this man was responsible for ruling the governing body of Svard and was on hand to meet Jequin Hos when he and his crew returned to the Hos Dynasty colony. Bewildered by this crisis, he has been torn between dealing with the various factions attempting to use this situation for their own gain and keeping the planet running, a fight that he knows he is losing.

Strong-willed and forceful, he is popular with the people and despite the aspirations of other council members shows no sign of giving up his seat any time soon.
