One of the clueless Priest-Kings of Vaporious, he lives a life of perfect luxury as he is the sole source of water for his city, or so it would be believed. In reality his power to summon water comes from the creature named Solomon Grundy that lurks at the heart of his planet. Although he is “bonded” to the creature through a not understood process, he is apparently just a pompous, easily-manipulated fool.
