The first governor of Bannack, he had been enjoying a comfortable life of easy profit skimming until a surprise inspection by the Hos Dynasty. Scrambling to protect his office and cronies, he was unable to resist a plague by the Chaos Gods, and was among the first to die and rise as the living dead.

He was posthumously blamed for everything and scapegoated by the Dynasty.
