Chief assistant to Governor Belkan Kapak of Damaris, this polite and efficient young man is essentially responsible for running the day-to-day administrative tasks of the colony given the Governor’s complete inability to manage his own lifestyle.

He is currently the chief liaison to the Hos Dynasty while on Damaris, and has had extensive meetings with the Captain’s chief scribe Barnard Kroon. He was one of the central figures in the plot to overthrow Governor Kapak and replace him with General Remi Dante, ensuring that a large portion of the administration was ready to transition to their new ruler.
